I’m an experienced Human Rights and Gender expert, with over 20 years of experience in development projects in Latin America and Europe. My key competences include program and project formulation, program and team management, fundraising and advocacy as well as development of training and educational programs and tools. Networking and funding (from all levels) national and European have always been key activities in the different positions that I have held. Good communication skills in different languages as well as in different cultural and social settings have become a part of my being and acting.
